The Board of Directors of Saudi Ground Services Company are pleased to invite its shareholders to participate and vote on the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) on 22-06-2022G at 8:30 pm corresponding to 23-11-1443H, in Jeddah City, by using modern technology.

Attendance Eligibility: The shareholders registered in the company’s shareholders record at Edaa Center at the end of the trading session preceding the assembly meeting according to the rules and regulations.

Quorum for Convening the General Assembly’s Meeting: The legal quorum for General Assembly meeting (First Meeting) will not be valid unless the presence of shareholders representing at least a 50% of the company’s capital attend.

E-Vote: The right to record attendees for the meeting ends in the beginning of the Assembly’s meeting and the right to vote on the terms of the Assembly for those who expire when the sorting committee ends. Accordingly, the donated shareholders will be able to vote electronically on the agenda items from 10:00 AM on Saturday 18-06-2022G, corresponding to 19-11-1443H as of the end of the meeting on Wednesday ,22-06-2022G.Therefore the Company invite its shareholders to use electronic voting remotely through the website of the “Tadawulaty” http://tadawulaty.com.sa as registration in the “Tadawulaty” and voting will be available free of charge to all shareholders.

Saudi Ground services company announces the achievement of a net profit of SAR 23.67 Million from selling Local shares during the first quarter of 2022

The Saudi ground services company announces the sale of its investments in local shares, which number of 4,523,715 share, represents 100% of total shares owned by the company on the date of 17/3/2022 after the approval of the board of directors on the sale.
The sale of the shares resulted in the company achieving a net profit of SAR 23,67 Million

And these profits will be reflected in the income statement Within the results of the first quarter of the fiscal year 2022.

Saudi Ground Services Co. Announces Contract Sign Off with Saudi Airlines Catering Co.

The Saudi Ground Services Company announces the signing of a contract with Saudi Airlines Catering Company dated 24th November 2021G. Which can be summarized in, Saudi Airlines Catering Co. will be providing catering service in residential Complexes and inside the Terminals of Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah to Saudi Ground Services Company. The contract will extend for 2 years and it is amounted for approximate 51M SAR.

The Company expects that the signed contract will contribute positively to the sustainability of the company’s business and enhances its works, we are expecting to see the effective impact on the financial results starting from the Last Quarter (Q4) for the year 2021G.
